Recappp offers free and premium subscription tiers. This page provides clear information about pricing, billing, and cancellation as required by Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

Billing Cycle
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days from your subscription start date
- Annual: Billed every 365 days from your subscription start date
- Payment method: Charged through your Apple ID or Google Play account
- Billing date: Same day each month/year as your original purchase
Auto-Renewal
Important: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the subscription price through your Apple ID or Google Play account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
- The same payment method used for the original purchase will be charged
- Renewal price may differ if pricing has changed (you will be notified)
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be done through the App Store or Play Store, not within the Recappp app.
Cancel on iPhone/iPad (iOS)
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap Recappp
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
Cancel on Android
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your Profile icon (top right)
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap Recappp
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the prompts to confirm
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining time.
Refunds
All subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.
To request a refund:
- Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Visit Play Store Subscriptions or contact Google Play support
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If a free trial is offered:
- Trial length will be clearly displayed before you subscribe
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged
- If you don't cancel, you will be automatically charged when the trial ends
- Free trials are typically available only once per Apple ID or Google account
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. If we do:
- You will be notified at least 30 days in advance
- Price changes will not affect your current billing period
- You can cancel before the new price takes effect
- Continuing to use the service after the price change constitutes acceptance
